After working as an intern lawyer at Postacıoğlu Law Office in İzmir, she worked as a lawyer and consultant lawyer in the Legal Department of Şekerbank between 1998-2007 and as a Regional Contractual Attorney between 2007-2013. She has been working as a self-employed lawyer since 2013. She continues to work in the field of commercial lawsuits, business lawsuits, and enforcement and bankruptcy law.

Abdurrahman Özalp was born in 1963 and graduated from Çukurova University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1986. Abdurrahman Özalp, who began his banking career in 1988, served as a manager in the foreign exchange, foreign trade and regulatory divisions of banks, and provided numerous training both in and outside the bank regarding foreign trade. The books named the Delivery and Payment Methods in Foreign Trade, Use of UCP 600 and Letter of Credit, Letter of Credit, Risks and UCP 600 and Letter of Credit and Standby Reserve Matters in foreign trade of Özalp, who participated in international seminars on letters of credit, guarantees, stand-by and foreign trade as a ICC Representative of Turkey, were published. Within the framework of NBA Turkey training programs, he provides training on the subject of delivery and payment, guarantees and banking transactions.
